Next day and express
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before midday EST ship the same day and are aimed at the next weekday.
- Orders placed on Friday before midday EST ship the same day and are aimed at Monday.
- Orders placed after midday Friday EST ship on Monday and are aimed at Tuesday.
- A federal holiday can move both the day an order is dispatched and the day it arrives.
Standard
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. An order placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday ships on Monday.
What you need to know
Delivery is stated in business days. That excludes weekends and federal or public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen in peak trading periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside the carrier’s normal run.
Some orders may incur duty if the value of the order passes the threshold set by the destination government. Those fees are set by that government, not by Faierr, and they are mandatory. If you cannot see a tax line at checkout and you think duty will be due, write to us before you pay.
Checkout on this store is charged in USD. The United States table is the schedule used at checkout. The Canada table is shown in CAD, the same way the schedule is published for Canadian delivery.
Authority to leave
Delivery services may not require a signature. A carrier may leave the parcel as a safe drop or with authority to leave, depending on the carrier and the destination. If you are concerned about an unattended delivery, use an address where someone can receive it.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.
